| Applications with inaccessible links or failure to provide either a portfolio or 3 linked examples will not be considered. |
| Your example work does not have to be related to the theme and will not disqualify your application. |
| **We highly recommend at least one BNHA piece of writing/artwork but you are not limited to this criteria. Applicants will be scored on writing ability as well how well you are able to sympathize with the series and character interpretation. (NEW!) |
| **You may request critique for ONE of the attached works. We believe in self-improvement regardless of your acceptance into the zine. Please let us know in the application! Must be able to take criticism. |
| Please immediately e-mail us at [email protected] should you recognize a mistake in your application. We will guide you through a re-application process. |
| No previews will be permitted without permission. Please understand that we are enforcing this for the success of the zine. WIP previews may be allowed under mod review - Ask first. |

We would like to see how well you will be able to convey your ideas within the 2.5k limit as contributing works will be limited to 2.5k words as well.
In terms of formatting, we will be looking for tidiness, including same font and size for all pieces, margin usage, and paragraph spacing.
Please check for grammar, spelling, plot, and character interpretation/expression as all of these will be scored for acceptance.
Character personality should be close to or based off of the originals, but as long as you don’t drift too far from their personalities we will accept it. Please refrain from drastically changing character personalities.
